Returns

Can I return my purchase?

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.

Faulty Products

We try to select and package the Products as well as possible to ensure that they arrive in good condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you Ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the Product to us within 14 days of receipt.

For help with items later than 14 days after your initial purchase please email us for more information.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Returning Unwanted or Faulty Products

The provision of goods and services by The Gadget Shop is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, The GADGET Shop will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee. Please contact us by telephone or email to inform us of your wish to return Products. We may allocate you with a Returns Code which should be included with the package to improve processing of your return. We may also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and return to:

You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us.

Unwanted Goods – Custom made and High Value Products. Due to the bespoke nature of custom made products we are unable to offer our usual 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on unwanted goods.

In the case of high value items in excess of R3000.00 the usual money back guarantee is limited to 7 days and you shall be responsible for the cost of return within 7 days of receipt.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I return my purchase?

Every Item will be shipped within 1 to 3 business day.
Shipping can take up to 25 days
All orders get a tracking number. You can track all of your orders.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You get a full 30 days to return your item to us. If it doesn't fit, it breaks, you've changed your mind or for no reason whatsoever simply send it back to us and we'll cheerfully refund you every cent.
Returns are easy, simply contact us for a returns number and send your item to our returns centre for fast processing. We'll get you a replacement or refund in a snap!
In the unlikely event that you find your item cheaper at another online store, just let us know and we'll beat the competitor's pricing hands-down

How can I pay?

Payment via Credit Card:
The Gadgets Home accepts credit card and chipped debit/cheque card payment via Visa and MasterCard only. We make use of the 3D-Secure authentication system to verify cardholder details with your bank; this links you directly to your bank via a secure link. The transaction then takes place within your bank’s secure environment and we won’t have access to any of your card details. You can rest assured that your card details will by no means be available to, or accessible by, us or any third parties. When you return a purchase, the specified amount will be credited back to your bank account after it has been approved.
